Adequate if it's all you can afford
Build quality is okay, I guess. It feels really insubstantial and chintzy, even for my small hands; I much prefer the Microsoft basic wired optical mouse, which feels a lot more solid and hand-filling. The scroll wheel also has heavy knurling-ridges which are uncomfortable on your forefinger, and it's kinda grindy and jerky. My main complaint is the lack of smooth/precise cursor-movement response. If you're trying to highlight a section of text by holding down the left click-button and sliding the mouse across, the cursor moves jerkily and in excessively-large increments, and so you often highlight either too much or too little on your typed line.
